A flavorful side dish combining corn, garlic, and smoked paprika, celebrating the essence of summer barbecues.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the corn on a baking sheet.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Brush the corn with the butter mixture.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is golden and cooked through.
  6. Switch the oven to broil for the last 2-3 minutes to give it a nice char.
  7. Remove from the oven, brush with more melted butter, and sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, try different herbs or cheeses as toppings. Best enjoyed fresh.
