Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut each ear of corn into quarters, lengthwise, creating rib-like pieces.
- Mix olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Toss the corn ribs in the oil mixture until well coated.
- Place the corn ribs on the grill or in a baking dish and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.
