Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.

- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully blended before adding the next.
- Stir in sour cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside to cool slowly for about an hour.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and crushed cookies before serving.
