Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter in a large bowl, then stir in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla.
  4. Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and instant coffee granules in another bowl.
  5. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the butter mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool completely before making the frosting.
  9. Beat together the powdered sugar, milk, and 1 tablespoon of instant coffee granules until smooth for the frosting.
  10. Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies, slice, and serve.
