Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bowl.
- Combine melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Mix together the sugar and cinnamon for the coating in a small bowl.
- Let the bread cool for a few minutes, then brush it with melted butter and roll it in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
