Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz chow mein noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, etc.)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

  3. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are crisp-tender.

  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
