Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in another bowl.
  4. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
  9. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  10. Mix the cream cheese with a little sugar and spoon into the center of each cookie before serving.
