Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in another bowl.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Mix the cream cheese with a little sugar and spoon into the center of each cookie before serving.
