Scale
  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  2. Place the pie crust into a pie dish and set it aside.
  3. Whisk together the corn syrup, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a medium bowl.
  4. Add the eggs, one by one, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  6. Pour in the chocolate chips and chopped pecans, and gently fold them into the mixture.
  7. Transfer the filling into the prepared pie crust.
  8. Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider using dark chocolate chips. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for a delightful treat.
