Description

A rich and creamy dessert featuring layers of peanut butter and chocolate, encased in a classic Oreo crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (for crust)
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (for chocolate layer)
  • Peanut butter cups (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter in a mixing bowl until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well. Fold in whipped cream and spread the mixture over the Oreo crust.
  3. Mix melted chocolate chips with heavy cream in another bowl until smooth. Pour the chocolate layer over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Swirl some peanut butter on top for decoration.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until set.
  6. Top with chopped peanut butter cups before serving.

Notes

Ideal for gatherings and can be made in advance. Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
