- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well until combined.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Gently stir in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
