Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dates, 1/4 cup of cacao, and cinnamon in a food processor.
- Blend until the mixture resembles a fine flour and starts to stick together.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan, ensuring an even layer.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven and let it cool.
- Whisk together vegan creme fraiche, 1/4 cup cacao, 1/4 cup rapadura sugar, and the first tablespoon of orange zest in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust.
- Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the filling is set.
- Let the tarts cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour to allow the flavors to enhance.
