Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with mini muffin liners.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine the applesauce, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin liner about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
