- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (for glaze)
- 3 tablespoons milk (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Mix milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until just combined. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
- Fill the donut pan with the batter, about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then remove from the pan.
- Whisk together powdered sugar and cocoa powder for the glaze, then add milk until the desired consistency is reached.
- Dip the cooled donuts into the glaze and let set before serving.
