- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble the burritos by placing sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and chipotle ranch dressing on each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling and serve.
