Description

A delicious and easy-to-make burrito perfect for spring dinners, featuring grilled chicken and a zesty chipotle ranch sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing


Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chipotle powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  6. Warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  7. Assemble the burritos by placing sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and chipotle ranch dressing on each tortilla.
  8. Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling and serve.
