Ingredients

- 2 cups salted whole cashews
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- Salt (added to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 300℉ and set the air frying time to 5 minutes.
- Mix cashews, chili powder, and brown sugar well in a medium bowl.
- Pour in the lime juice and mix until all nuts are coated.
- Arrange nuts in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Gently shake the basket halfway through the cooking time (after 2.5 minutes). Repeat at the 1-minute mark.
- Sprinkle the warm nuts with salt to taste and stir once cooking is finished.
- Let nuts rest in the basket for 1 minute.
- Arrange nuts on a clean workspace or cutting board to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to a week, or refrigerate for about two weeks. Can also be frozen for up to three months.
