Description

Delicious sliders combining sweet Hawaiian rolls with shredded rotisserie chicken, melted cheese, and smoky hot honey sauce.


Ingredients

  • Sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • Shredded rotisserie chicken
  • Cheese (your choice)
  • Smoky hot honey sauce
  • Creamy coleslaw


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. Layer shredded rotisserie chicken on the rolls, followed by cheese.
  4. Drizzle with smoky hot honey sauce.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and top with creamy coleslaw before serving.
  8. Slice and enjoy the sliders warm!

Notes

For a diabetic-friendly version, consider using sugar substitutes instead of honey.
