- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup Pepperoni Slices
- 1 cup Fresh or Frozen Spinach Leaves
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Mix ground chicken, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl.
- Fold in Parmesan cheese, marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, and spinach until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions, about the size of your palm.
- Flatten each portion into a round shape, similar to a small pizza.
- Fold each round over to form a pocket, ensuring the edges are sealed well.
- Spray the air fryer basket lightly with cooking spray or olive oil.
- Arrange the pockets in the basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm, with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
These pockets can be frozen uncooked for later meals. Adjust cooking time when cooking from frozen.
