- 2 bell peppers, sliced (red and green)

Instructions
- Toss the chicken slices with olive oil and fajita seasoning until well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the skillet and cook until they are softened, about 5 more minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the chicken and veggies in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
