Description

Transform your ordinary pizza night into a festive feast with this Easy Chicken Enchilada Pizza topped with seasoned chicken, tangy enchilada sauce, and a melted layer of cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with the enchilada sauce in a bowl.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
  4. Sprinkle the diced onions, bell peppers, and black olives (if using) over the chicken.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for the time specified on the pizza crust package, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
