- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
- Mix the shredded chicken with the enchilada sauce in a bowl.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle the diced onions, bell peppers, and black olives (if using) over the chicken.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for the time specified on the pizza crust package, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.
