Description

A delightful twist on pizza, featuring shredded chicken combined with cheese atop a crust made from chicken, enhanced with Caesar salad ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 large chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup croutons, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix shredded chicken with Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Shape the chicken mixture into a pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden and cooked through.
  5. Remove from the oven and spread Caesar dressing over the crust.
  6. Top with chopped romaine lettuce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and crushed croutons.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Use cooked chicken from the deli for speed. Experiment with different cheeses for variety.
