Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Combine melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl; mix well.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped cherries.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and cherry juice until smooth for the glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over muffins once cooled, then serve.
