Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Combine melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract in another bowl; mix well.
  4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips and chopped cherries.
  5. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and cherry juice until smooth for the glaze.
