- 2 crispy tortillas
- 1 pound seasoned ground beef
- 1 cup zesty salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- Toppings (sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the seasoned ground beef in a skillet until fully browned.
- Place one tortilla on a baking sheet.
- Spread half of the salsa over the tortilla, then layer with half of the ground beef and half of the cheese.
- Top with the second tortilla and repeat the layers with remaining salsa, beef, and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings before slicing and serving.
Notes
