Ingredients

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Pickles, for topping
  • Ketchup and mustard, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties that fit the slider buns.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. In the last 2 minutes of baking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
