Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Stir in the ground turkey, cooking until browned.
- Pour in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and chopped water chestnuts; cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, then fold in the sliced green onions.
- Serve the turkey mixture in lettuce cups, topped with sesame seeds.
