- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
- Pulse the cauliflower florets in a food processor until they resemble rice or fine crumbs.
- Transfer the riced cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.
- Combine the cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into your desired pizza crust shape.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Add your favorite toppings and return to the oven to bake until the cheese is melted.
