Description
Deliciously soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls infused with the flavors of carrot cake.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup carrot cake mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, carrot cake mix, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the cream cheese frosting over the dough and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- For a sweeter roll, add more sugar to the dough.
