Description

Deliciously soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls infused with the flavors of carrot cake.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup carrot cake mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese frosting


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, carrot cake mix, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. Add the milk, melted butter, and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  5. Spread the cream cheese frosting over the dough and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  6. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  7. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
