- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 1 cup whipped cream
- Red and blue food coloring
- Fresh berries for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy in another bowl, then add milk and vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
- Divide the batter into two bowls and color one with red food coloring and the other with blue.
- Spread the red batter on one half of the baking sheet and the blue on the other half.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool, then spread whipped cream on top and roll it up carefully.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Decorate with fresh berries before slicing and serving.
