Description

A delightful mix of pasta, romaine, and creamy dressing that brings together flavors of tradition and creativity.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (such as rotini or penne)
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Combine in a large bowl the cooked pasta, chopped romaine, grated Parmesan, and croutons.
  3. Whisk together in a separate bowl the mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
