Description

A quick and flavorful Cabbage Stir Fry made with chicken, garlic, and ginger, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions, sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in sliced chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the shredded cabbage and soy sauce, stir well to combine.
  5. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the cabbage is tender.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
