Ingredients

- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
- 4 oz milk chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
- 4 graham crackers, crushed
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Optional drizzle: 2 oz melted chocolate
- Crushed graham crackers for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the pie crusts and cut out circles using a 3–4 inch cutter.
- Place a few chocolate pieces, marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers in the center of each circle.
- Brush edges with a little water, then top with another circle and press edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush warm pies with melted butter.
- Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers before serving.

Consider using sugar substitutes like stevia or monk fruit for a diabetic-friendly option.
