- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the cowboy butter sauce.
- Toss chicken wings in a large bowl with half of the cowboy butter sauce until evenly coated.
- Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway, until wings are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove wings from the oven and toss with the remaining cowboy butter sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
