Description

A cozy and elevated meal featuring creamy burrata, sweet cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to burst, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet with the tomatoes.
  5. Stir in fresh basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and top the pasta with torn pieces of burrata cheese. Serve warm.

Notes

For a richer flavor, drizzle extra virgin olive oil before serving.
