A delicious twist on the classic Caesar salad featuring roasted Brussels sprouts for added flavor and texture.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
- 1 cup croutons
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and spread them on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
- Combine in a large bowl the chopped romaine lettuce, roasted Brussels sprouts, and Caesar dressing.
- Toss gently to coat the greens.
- Top with shaved Parmesan cheese, croutons, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Combine the salad components just before serving to maintain freshness.
