Description

A delightful dish that combines Brussels sprouts, crispy bacon, and creamy pesto for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.
  3. Add the shredded Brussels sprouts to the same skillet and sauté until tender.
  4. Mix the cooked pasta, pesto, Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice into the skillet. Stir well to combine.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese on top.
