- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, basil, and garlic.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar and olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and toss until well combined.
- Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

- For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken and add more vegetables.
