- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the crescent roll package instructions.
- In a skillet, scramble the eggs, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix in the diced ham and shredded cheese until melted.
- Roll out the crescent dough and place a spoonful of the egg mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake according to package instructions until golden brown.
- For the hollandaise, melt the butter in a small saucepan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, lemon juice, and water.
- Slowly drizzle in the melted butter while whisking until thickened.
- Serve the breakfast rolls drizzled with hollandaise sauce.
