- 1/2 cup bourbon

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar and bourbon.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Combine the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Gradually add to the butter mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
