Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Tear the croissants into pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Whisk together the cream cheese, eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the mixture over the croissants, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Add the blueberries evenly on top.
- Dot with butter and let it sit for a few minutes to soak in.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden and set.
- Serve warm, optionally with blueberry sauce.
