Instructions
- Whisk together flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet, tilting to spread it evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift and the surface is set, then flip and cook for another minute.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, blueberries, and vanilla in another bowl until combined.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture on each crepe, fold it, and serve warm.
