- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup blueberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the sour cream and fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, heat the blueberry jam and drizzle it over the cheesecake.
