Description

A delightful appetizer blending spicy jalapeños with creamy brie and sweet blueberries, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • Fresh jalapeños
  • Brie cheese
  • Blueberries
  • Cream cheese
  • Honey
  • Bacon bits (optional)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix in a bowl the Brie cheese, cream cheese, blueberries, honey, and optional bacon bits.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer.
