Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 8 slices of American cheese
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with diced onions, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the beef mixture into small patties that fit the slider buns.
  4. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet until browned and cooked through.
  5. While the patties are cooking, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl to create the special sauce.
  6. Once the patties are done, place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt.
