Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with diced onions, salt, and pepper.
- Form the beef mixture into small patties that fit the slider buns.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet until browned and cooked through.
- While the patties are cooking, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl to create the special sauce.
- Once the patties are done, place a slice of cheese on each patty and let it melt.
- Assemble the sliders by spreading the special sauce on the bottom half of each bun, adding a patty, and topping with pickles.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve warm.
