Ingredients

- 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 package of graham crackers
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers, then add a layer of mixed berries.
- Repeat the layers until you’ve used up all the ingredients, finishing with the whipped cream on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to allow it to set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.
Notes
For sugar-free alternatives, consider using stevia, monk fruit, or allulose. Avoid honey or maple syrup.
