Description

A delightful and refreshing dessert featuring layers of whipped mascarpone and fresh berries, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Layer graham crackers at the bottom of a baking dish.
  3. Spread a layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers, then add a layer of mixed berries.
  4. Repeat the layers until you’ve used up all the ingredients, finishing with the whipped cream on top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to allow it to set.
  6. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

For sugar-free alternatives, consider using stevia, monk fruit, or allulose. Avoid honey or maple syrup.
