A delightful twist on classic deviled eggs, featuring creamy shrimp filling and zesty Bang Bang sauce, perfect for any gathering.

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Bang Bang sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot and covering them with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cover for 12 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks from the egg whites and place them in a bowl.
- Add the chopped shrimp, mayonnaise, Bang Bang sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mash until smooth and well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with chopped chives.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best enjoyed cold.
