- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional garnishes: chopped green onions, sesame seeds, lime wedges
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
- Cook salmon skin-side down for 5-7 minutes; flip and cook another 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through (145°F internal temperature).
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Plate the cooked salmon, drizzle with Bang Bang sauce, and garnish as desired.
