- 1 can of croissant dough
- 1/2 cup almond paste
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out croissant dough and press seams together.
- Mix almond paste, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Spread almond mixture over the dough evenly.
- Roll the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and top with melted butter and sliced almonds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a separate bowl to make glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over rolls before serving.
