Description

A delightful fusion of flaky croissants and warm cinnamon flavors, topped with a sweet glaze and toasted almonds.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of croissant dough
  • 1/2 cup almond paste
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out croissant dough and press seams together.
  3. Mix almond paste, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Spread almond mixture over the dough evenly.
  5. Roll the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and top with melted butter and sliced almonds.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  8. Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a separate bowl to make glaze.
  9. Drizzle glaze over rolls before serving.
