A delightful and crispy air fryer gnocchi dish that is easy to prepare and perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerator, or frozen)
- 1 – 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 – 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F and lightly grease the basket with olive oil spray.
- Toss the gnocchi with the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. If using frozen gnocchi, DO NOT thaw it.
- Add the seasoned gnocchi to the preheated basket. Avoid overlapping for best crispiness.
- Air fry shelf-stable & refrigerated gnocchi at 390°F for 11 – 14 minutes, shaking every 4 to 5 minutes for even cooking.
- Air fry frozen gnocchi at 390°F for 13 – 16 minutes, also shaking every 4 to 5 minutes.
- Enjoy immediately, garnished with extra parmesan and fresh parsley.
Notes
Cook in batches for larger quantities and experiment with different seasonings for personalization.
