Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey and lime juice until well combined.
- Pour the honey-lime dressing over the cucumbers.
- Add chopped cilantro and season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together until the cucumbers are well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
