- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar, and eggs until smooth.
- Add the vegetable oil and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool before serving.
