Description

A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu, featuring layers of creamy white chocolate and fresh raspberries.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in the melted white chocolate until well combined.
  3. Dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee for a few seconds, then layer them in a serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the white chocolate mixture over the ladyfingers.
  5. Add a layer of fresh raspberries on top of the white chocolate mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the white chocolate mixture on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with additional raspberries.

  • For a stronger coffee flavor, use espresso instead of brewed coffee.
  • Feel free to substitute strawberries for raspberries if desired.
